School of Ministry (SoM)

It has been years since the Lord had asked us to create a platform (SoM) through which He could reach His people. As a result of this, we began preparing the spiritual environment palatable for it as well as course materials that will reflect the Mandate given by the Lord to Apostle Victor & Victoria Phillips both for worldwide Evangelism and the Apostolic Ministry.

To this end the SoM which is an online School of Ministry has just been launched with the goal of transforming the lives of everyone that will come in contact with the materials that the Lord has breath upon.

 The learning Process at VPWE’s SoM

The believer is expected to be willing to seek the power of GOD to actualize conformance to CHRIST JESUS (see Jeremiah 31:33-34; Ezek 36:27; Gal 4:19) so that the testimony of JESUS will be the actuality in which the believer’s ministry will be fashioned and expressed.

We believe that while each believer commences with small beginnings, the work of GOD in them will never end (see Zech 4:10, 6-10). A believer is meant to be the workmanship of GOD – created in CHRIST JESUS – for the good works that GOD has prepared beforehand that they should walk into them (see Eph 2:10 and 2 Corinthians 5:17).

The aim of the program will be to equip the believer with a core of scripture – received by hearing and hearing by the Rhema of GOD – in the inward parts of the believer.

Ultimately this core of scripture is anticipated to be a perfected reality in the tablets of the believer’s heart. And, this will be the unique work of the HOLY SPIRIT – giving actualized expression to the fulfillment of the law and the prophets.

Course Materials (outlines, audio and video)

In order to facilitate this, most teaching materials will be made available through Course Study outlines, CD’s or online audio and in some cases, online videos at the SoM’s website. The believer is expected to study/hear the teaching material until they have a confident understanding of a core of scripture that they can apply in their personal life and through a gift mix that God is developing and establishing in them.

Student’s Responsibility

The believer is expected to actualize the transforming power of GOD through HIS Word and on this basis share, preach, teach and minister the word in practical situations to ensure the ability to articulate – by the HOLY SPIRIT – what the student has actualized from GOD.

Duration:

The materials have been prepared to be a Three year program, divide in three trimesters for each year. Students have the option of completing it within a time period of their choice and abilities. In other words, a student could complete it as he or she is capable of doing. However, a student cannot skip a 100 course for 300.

A student can also take an elective course...choose which course to study, though this is strongly discouraged as our materials have been developed to be studied altogether...precept upon precept and line upon line.

Tuition: The question you should ask yourself is this! Do I have a call to ministry? Am I adequately prepared for it? Do I have what it takes to go into all the world and make disciples of all nations? Jesus Christ trained His first disciples for three years before commissioning. Until you have been trained, you are not ready to be commissioned. All these commissioned should be sent out. No more needless casualties in the Body of Christ. Be trained and imparted by the anointing of the Holy Spirit. 

Considering what the student is getting, no amount of money will be adequate; because we cannot really put value on the Rhema downloads here. However, to cover the cost of producing the materials, the entire year will cost $1700.00.
